🎋 Flora & Fauna Fridays 🦔 - Today I will feature some wildlife that can be found on our tiny rock 🇲🇹 Malta 🇲🇹. You will have to look very attentively to spot some wildlife as it is limited to:
🐝Insects
🦎Small reptiles
🐸Amphibians
🐇Very limited mammals like hedgehogs, rabbits and weasels. However if you are patient and have a sharp eye you will be fascinated! If you have followed this space you might have noticed that I have tried some macro photography 📷 lately and below is a link to all the Maltese wildlife I have photographed so far.

You all know about my 🤍 love for mountains, so

You all know about my 🤍 love for mountains, so I will start the week dedicated to my favourite of landscapes. For the first 🏔 Mountain Love Mondays 🏔 I am starting with the French Alps; particularly the village of Chamonix 🇫🇷. Our stop here was short, as it was part of a road trip across the Western Alps. yet it was one of those places where we will surely return to explore more. Here are some things to do:
🥾Do the Lac Blanc trail (in summer) to enjoy beautiful 360° views
❄️This is also a top skiing resort if you are into winter sports

🌅 Sunrise and Sunset Sundays 🌅 are here (Maltese people of my generation will understand WHY I specifically chose the name SUNSET SUNDAYS 🎧🎼🌅) Sunrises and sunsets are particularly special in some places, especially when there is some water involved 💦 🌊. Most people visiting this archipelago stop at the main island, and do not bother visiting this 'tiny hidden gem'. Why is this the most beautiful island I have ever been to:

Am I the only one who was waiting to see some changes after a couple of months of ongoing vaccinations?
I was hoping until the very last minute to keep my yearly tradition and visit a place where I would be able to see snow ❄️⛄. But there is still no sign of restrictions being released any time soon. In the meantime these memories are all I have left : this photo was taken during an early morning stroll in Livigno where the temperature was -19 and my hair started freezing 🥶
